Your Uploaded Photos — Collection, Use & Deletion

When you place an order with us, you upload a selfie or photograph so that we can create a custom art design and print it on your chosen apparel.

• Purpose: Your uploaded photo is used solely to design and print your order. We do not use your photo for any other purpose without your separate consent.
• Automatic deletion: Your uploaded selfie/photo is automatically deleted from our systems by our automated system within 12 hours of upload.
• Re-upload required for future orders: Because your photo is deleted after this 12-hour window, if you place another order in the future — including a repeat or reorder of a previous design — you will need to upload your selfie/photo again.
• No independent storage: We do not retain a separate archive or library of your uploaded photos beyond this 12-hour processing window, except where a printed design derived from your photo is retained as part of your order record (e.g., the finalized print file needed for quality checks or reprints related to that specific order, if applicable).

How We Use Your Personal Information

• Providing Products and Services. To process payments, fulfill your orders (including creating your custom print design from your uploaded photo), send order-related notifications, manage your account, arrange shipping, and facilitate returns/exchanges.
• Marketing and Advertising. To send marketing, promotional, and advertising communications by email, text message, or other channels, and to tailor advertising on our Site and other websites.
• Security and Fraud Prevention. To detect, investigate, and take action regarding fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity.
• Communicating with You. To provide customer support and improve our Services.
