Returns may be requested within 5 days of delivery.

Since every TEESPOT garment is thoughtfully made to order, approved returns are issued as refund

For your convenience, we'll arrange a FREE doorstep reverse pickup from your delivery address.

Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, the full order value will be issued as refund

The returned product must be:

• Unused and unwashed

• In its original condition

• Returned with all original tags and premium packaging intact

• Free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks or signs of wear

🛡 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect size, incorrect design, or incorrect colour, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please share:

✔ Clear photographs showing the issue

After verification and inspection at our facility, you may choose either:
